YEAH, I felt like I was gonna start all three times I was pregnant and then I found out I was pregnant. I had mood swings and cramps, the whole PMS thing. When I never started I got home pregnancy tests and they were positive. I was confused about the feelings of PMS but the Physician's Assistant at my OB/GYN office told me that the symptoms that a woman feels that resemble PMS is really her body getting adjusted to the pregnancy. Not all woman will feel this way just like almost all woman feel different during pregnancy. If you ask one woman what her pregnancy was like and then ask another you will see that the stories may be very different. If this is happening to you and you think that you are pregnant just try to relax and keep calm. If anything really abnormal happens go to the doctor just to be on the safe side.

you can have implantation bleeding, along with cramps when you first become pregnant. All is normal, as long as it doesn make you double over in pain, because then there is a problem. I have 2 kids, and did the same with both.

Yes...both times. In fact, I had a period with my daughter. I was on the pill and didn't even know I was pregnant. I had those crampy feelings and then just went on with my business because I had a light period. When I went in to the OB, I was 11 weeks! So yes...you can feel like you're going to start...or ACTUALLY START and still be pregnant...

Pregnancy varies from woman to woman.
If, your concerned check in with your doc.
Personally, I didn't have any cramping symptoms.
The first thing I noticed was that my breast became tender & were getting bigger.
