Stay in the AC and do something you've been putting off, like, forever. Learn to knit or crochet, so you can make lots of cool stuff come winter time. Create a photo collage, with lots of pics of you and your friends goofing off. Start a photo album, and put lots of creative things in it, like cutouts, bows and souveniers. Brew some tea and make iced tea with it. Write letters to people you don't normally write to until Christmas. Rearrange your closet, shoes, drawers, basement, etc. Sew buttons on clothes you keep putting off. Clean out your inbox. Update your address book. There are literally hundreds of "busy work" that you could be catching up on, while waiting for the temperature to get to a more comfortable number. If you don't like any of those, take a nap or watch an old video. I know that this concerns going outside, but you could go to the library and get a few videos you haven't seen. Check out some of the older videos, made back in the 50's & 60's. One's like Jerry Lewis, Three Stooges and some of the "Road to" shows that were put out by Bob Hope and Bing Crosby. Just 'cause they're old don't make them boring or dumb. Broaden your horizons. <*)))><

Take an ice cold shower or an ice cold bath with alot of ice in it. Sometimes if the water doesn't work you have to go to the store and buy water and ice and brew it un the tub yourself but it's weird cuz it ends up getting really really cold and you get in there and you're freezing!
or~~~~~~~~~
You can move to antartica and live with the penguins who make their own ice and water and pretty much live on it their whole lives and you can see what it's like to be one of them, but i'd suggest bring a coat because no matter how hot you are now you might get chilly down there..
or~~~~~~~~~~~
you can remove all the contents of your freezer chest and feed them to your starving hot animals and make room for you in there and you can lay down some ice on the bottom and make a nice bed, close the lid tightly and walla! you have yourself a nice cool bed room for the summer. You shoudl come out at least once a day so you don't get blood clots though.

Good time to stay inside and clean your house. Of course I'd go to a movie.
