I've douched before, but I've heard that it is really unhealthy. But i don't like the way I smell, so are there any safer alternatives? Like sprays or whatever?

Using unnatural chemicals in your vagina will disturb your natural ph & make you more susceptible for overgrowth like yeast.
Women don't need to douche. Women have a natural normal odor.
If you take showers or baths regularly, you shouldn't have a problem. If, you really want to douche, use 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar dilute with warm water.

Yes don't douche. It strips away your good bacteria so the bad kind survives, causing infections such as bacteria vaginosis and yeast infections. The way you "smell" is probably normal, you are just self conscious. If you are really worried about then use soap as usual and then use summer's eve feminine wash. Get the kind for sensitive skin that is fragrance free, it really works.

Do NOT douche. I don't know who came up with this. All you need is a mild soap and warm water(i.e. bath). You body(female parts)cleans it self daily and monthy(discharge and period). Douching will unbalance your body's cleaning.

There is feminine wash such as Summer's Eve.
That might help.
And yes, douching is bad for you.
