Sweetie, yes, you can break your hymen while riding horses. But you probably won't ever know it, and it probably won't be completely torn, so when you do have sex there will still be some pain. But it's not bad pain like some people think. Still - be sure to wait until you are old enough and mature enough to handle sex! I'd stick to riding horses until then LOL. And as for convincing your Mom, if your sister is that mean and your Mom believes her, you have deper issues. A doctor could probably tell whether you had sex or just tore your hymen from riding.

The best way to prove to your mother that you are not sexually active is to maintain an open and honest line of communication that doesn't involve your sister (or any outside deceivers for that matter). By opening yourself to your mother you will then (just as a close friend) be able to confide in her with your believes, extracurricular activities, goals, dreams, etc.
Don't feel as though you have to prove something, just be yourself and the truth will prevail.

No, you have to have intense trama to that area for your hymen to break, horse back riding, not matter how often, really doesnt provide that much force.
Sex can be uncomfortable regardless of the hymens condition. Not all women bleed, and not all women feel pain when they first have sex. It just depends on your anatomy, and that of your partner, and how careful he is.

yes there is a chance it culd be broken. the only way it will bleed is if its not broken. and yes if ur a vergin sex will hurt the first time. no theres no way to prove to ur mom that ur a vergin doctors cant ever tell if a girls a vergin or not cuase many things can break ur hyman.

Your hymen can break without having sexual intercourse. So there is no way to PROVE you are or aren't a virgin.
If your hymen broke, it may still hurt (be uncomfortable) during sex but you may or may not bleed. If your lover is gentle, you probably will not bleed if your hymen is no longer in tact.

It is possible for it to have broken. But it sounds like to me that you have already had sex and looking for a good excuse. I understand what it is like being a teenager, but be careful always be safe and save your body for someone who is really special to you. Believe me one day you will look back on who you have been with and regret it.

It is very possible your hymen is broken especially if you use tampons or masterbate. Virginity can't be proven but if you do become sexually active YOU need to be the one to tell your mom.

Yes it is possible and you have a horrible sister and your mom if she loved you she would trust you. And yes it might hurt. You can go see a docter on this stuff

could be broken... could have never had one in the first place, though. sex will probably still be uncomfortable the first time and you may or may not bleed.
