So u have an wife and a girlfriend, wow man. And if everything they serve you make you sick i would suggest that you do not eat anything they cook. Fake it, when they serve it just push it around on the plate so it looks like you are eating it. That is all i can say to you.

Do you like almonds? Maybe they are just trying to appease you with almonds. Or they have watched enough FBI files to try and poison you. Women usually choose poisoning over violent deaths with weapons. Sounds like arsenic poisoning to me... Any recent hair loss? Wieght loss? loss of motor skills? What's your life insurance policy? You know what would be really clever of them is to serve you wild almonds. A handful of them have enough cyanide to kill a grown man (whether you're fully grown is still debatable).

So, when you eat stuff you fix, or at a restaurant, you don't get sick? If yes, do that more, and save samples of the other food for testing. If no, get to a doctor.
