Probably not. Most fire alarms these days are actually more sensitive to heat, than they are to smoke (otherwise, smokers would all have to go outside!), so you should be safe.

some fire alarms are sensitive enough to set off if you have your window open and someone is smoking outdoors.

If you want to burn incense then turn off the alarm while the incense fills the air. Turn the alarm back on in a few minutes. Test it out for yourself.
