Ok, here's what you do... find someone willing to lock you inside their closet for two months, sliding ONLY the necessary foods under the door every two days, with alot of water. Then, when you come out, get that SAME person to drop you in the middle of the woods with a guide on what grubs and plants are edible. Try to find your way out with a magnet-and-needle, two packs of dry spagetti, and a little budda statue. to rub its belly in case you get lost.
It's foolproof.
EDIT: Or get a tapeworm. But I'm not going to tell you more about that, you might get grossed out.

Sleep all day. watch tv all day. eat some foods high in sugar fat salt and carbs. then sleep some more and eat some more and sit some more and try not to get up because you might burn a gram or two. Oh wait sorry I was answering the wrong question..
