I had a tubal about 7 years ago and I want to get it reversed. (The doc did it without my permission) I live in VA, so I'm looking for a doc near me that does it for a reasonable price, say under 6000. Thanks

I didn't consent, but when I was having the c-section with my daughter, I had spoken with my doc about it and he asked if I still wanted it and I shook my head no and my EX-husband told him that I said yes.

Not all women who have had a tubal ligation will be able to have the procedure reversed. During your initial assessment for the procedure, your fertility specialist will examine the current health of your fallopian tubes, most likely through laparoscopy. She will also look over the surgery and pathology reports from when you originally had the procedure done. Tubal reversal would cost around $5000 and up. Invitro typically costs more. This link shows where this procedure can be done, state by state and more info about this type of surgery.

How come you had such operation without your permission. You have a right to file complain against that doctor if you have evidence that you have not consented to it.You can be compensated for this or possibly you can have the reversal without a cost as long as you qualify to undergo the reversal. Anyway if you do not want to do such action, well you can find just anywhere at your nearest access. The cost is more or less the same.

as a results of fact which you're saying it particularly is the scientific expert it fairly is requiring this permission and not enforced via regulation i might enable the wide-unfold public comprehend that this actual scientific expert demands permission from a husband for a tubal ligation. placed the stress on him and doubtless he will substitute his procedures. the completed permission element is previous and ridiculous. What happens with this scientific expert for single women, does he require a permission slip from a boyfriend, uncertain. This scientific expert is discriminating against you and different women as a results of fact of marital status. He might desire to be stopped. i might substitute docs and document him to the disciplinary board.
