This may or may not be reflected in their body language, words, or action, or even in their rapport with others in the group. However, if you talk to them long enough their philosophy on life is going to come through. Eye contact can reveal alot about a person, too. What is their reputation? Who are their friends? Do they seem aggressive, untrustworthy, or defensive?
To be sure...do a background check.
