I walked in on a conversation, ever had the distinct feeling you were intruding? Well then on the way back on the boat she was pushing her boyfriend away and eye balling us, why? Did she fancy me or the guy I was with. He works with her and has sworn there's nothing going on but I can't forget the ugly feeling I had earlier in the evening. He says I am being paronoid, but to me the look of astonishment on his face at her grabbing at straws was classic who dunnit for me. Hope someone has an answer for me.

It may be that they have been flirting at work and it has gone further than he wanted it to. She appears to have wanted a lot more and her relationship seems to be ending from what you've said. I would give him a chance to prove that he still loves you before you bring your entire world crashing in. He may have been flattered and attracted by her advances, but that doesn't mean he wants a divorce. Just don't be a door mat and don't be a dragon and things will hopefully be OK.

Not really much to go on for giving a definitive answer to this. Gut instinct is susally not wrong but CAN be influenced by the imagination. MAYBE she is after him and he is rejecting her and he feel suncomfortable about addressing the issue with you. Maybe he lied to you, or maybe there really is nothing of note going on. I would not go nuts over figuring it out as it can lead to doing things that WILL result in a real problem if there is not one already, but do pay attention to detail and just be observant until you get more information. then figure out what to do. Good luck!

Obviously someone knows something that you don't. A gut feeling is usually never wrong. I hate it when everybody knows something, and you're the last to find out. That's where you find out who your real friends are! Something is probably going on. Dig a little deeper, honey, most of the time, you'll find what you're looking for. LUCK!!!

Who Knows? Trust you instincts. All the clues are there - what else could be causing the atmosphere that he couldn't share with you? If he's not killing himself trying to explain then:Plenty more fish in the sea.

If you believe in intuition, then he is cheating on you and that little bit of information is yours to act on as you wish.

If you dont, then without proof you'll make yourself look a fool and it will be harder to ask him again in another situation.

Plan or act on impulse.

Watch them when they think no one is looking. If something is going on between them, they will eventually get caught.

Interesting that he chose the rhetorical tactic of accusing you. I wonder why he did that. I would be troubled if falsely accused, not accusatory.
