Check out the Bead and Button Magazine website. They have some great projects for beginners to experts. I think it is beadandbutton.com. It's a wonderful and inspiring magazine also.

look around locally...where I live there are or were depending on what flooded many places to learn beading and its always nice to help out a local business. or you could go to a bookstore (or Micheal's, I'm sure) and buy a book on it.
