There are plenty of black people that aren't ghetto, nor do they live in ghettos.

But I don't disagree with the general idea of your statement. Basically, it is part of their culture. You have to think about it. These people were abducted from their homeland by the hundreds of thousands, forced to abandoned their old beliefs, their language, their culture everything and then become completely subservient to a race of people who believe it is God's will that blacks should serve. Imagine what kind of mindset that forces on black people. And so for generations, these blacks serve, and when they finally are set free of slavery, they are left poor, uneducated and with a majority of a country despising them. So they join together and live in poor neighborhoods, doing crap work because they can't get the education, can't get the nice jobs. And so finally, and remember it hasn't eve been half a century since blacks were legally given the same rights as whites, these people are given the opportunities and many take advantage of it, but many also have been part of a culture for so long that discouraged them from trying to do better and equalize with whites.

It is their culture to be that way, because for hundreds of years it is the mindset that was forced into them by whites.
