you are there, right now , at this moment. What you are probably wondering is how far does it go? It is something noone knows. Something too big for us, and if it isn't, none of us has got it yet! Very interesting, but very perplexing, many theories.....

You are dead in the center of it. No matter where you are, you are dead in the center of it.

Consider that we are constrained to a 2 dimensional universe. A piece of paper. All we can do is look left, right, forward, backward. There is no concapt of up or down. But no a creature of 3 deminsions sees our universe. It's not a piece of paper at all, It's a sphere - a baloon. The little 2-D creatures, no matter where they are, they can go in a straight line and return to where they started. They also see as far as they can see (the light bends around the surface) and no matter where look, the farthest things they see are the same distance away --- their edge of the universe. Hence, from no matter they view the universe, they seem to be at the center of it.

Our universe has the same effect on us. No matter where we are in space, everything else in the farthest horizon seems to be the same distance away no matter where we look.

No go back to the 2-D people on the balloon. I we were to inflate their universe, it would appear to them as if it were expanding, but from no matter where the watch, it's expanding equally in all of their 2 dimensions. Thats because it's expanding into a 3rd dimension that they cannot concieve.

Well that's happening to us as well. We are creatures of 3 dimensions. We cannont concieve a 4th dimension, but our entire univeris expending into more dimensions that we can percieve. We could be anywhere in the universe and still see the expansion going out equalls in all directions.
