Before we worry about if Tom & Katie really had a baby and if so where she is, can we first try and locate Tom's brain for him. I think the aliens sucked it out of his skull.

I think the baby's on Tom's home planet. He is the strangest person ever....creepy actually and he brainwashed Katie somehow.
