I've known two Sagitarians - one was laid back, quiet and sneaky and is most compatible with his Mother. The other is an ego maniac, stubborn - always right - would never apologize to anyone for anything - She doesn't get along with anyone but her hen-pecked husband.

Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.
Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.
The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

A scorpio friend is good for a saggitarius but not lover.....saggitarians value independence and loyalty whereas scorpios are very jealous. Leos and geminis are the best love match as they share the same adventurous natures. I have to say though that you either love a saggitarius or you hate him/her.

Sag. is supposed to be very compatible with Gemini's. But most of the astrology compatibility depends on who is writing it. Not a whole lot of it coincides, but it all really depends on what kind of person you were nurtured to be. Anything could work!!! But keep gemini's in mind.

I am a Leo and I think we get along with most other signs. Scorpio....HMMMMMM!!!!Not sure about that one. Might be uptight, but Leo can calm anything.
