Nope too old , but that doesn't mean I still can't have fun scaring the little brats that ruin my cemetery the night before .
The same year I stopped trick or treating was the same year I started overly decorating my house for Halloween .
The best scare I ever did was making TOTs (trick or treaters for you non-obsessive folk) come up to a coffin I was lying in and knock .... one teenager was so frightened he ran right out in front of moving car (going only 5mph , so don't worry) and had to jump over the hood . You can bet we never did that again , though it was fun to be able to scare the adults more than the kids (who wouldn't even go near the thing ).

P.S We always get adults at our house , whether they have kids or not . Most of them just want to get a closer look at what we have set up this year .....besides everyone deserves to get candy on Halloween :-)

Every Halloween, my husband and I trade off going trick-or-treating with the kids. I usually don't dress up, (maybe some cute bunny ears, or something) but sometimes I do get a few treats....yum! :-P

no, but two Halloweens ago, I dressed up as a scarecrow and put a bag over my head and sat on my porch and waited for the lil sweeties.

I think a few pi$$ed themselves and\or had to be hospitalized from fright when i hollered. I felt really bad and stopped about 10 kids, however, I did not feel bad about doing it to the cretinous spawn that kicked my shin and declared 'this is the shi%%iest scarecrow."

I did until I was about ten. After that, I started high school and it wasn't considered 'cool' to get dressed up on Halloween. They call trick-or-treating 'guising' here in Scotland.

I go trickin every Friday night on the corner of 3rd Ave and Main Street.
Wait I didn't read the whole question. I,m usually the one who has to stay home and hand out the candy while the hubby takes the kids out.

My ADD kicked in before I could read that entire page...but Christian fundamentalist freaks frighten me far more than so-called Satanists do! So I will keep on celebrating the "devil's holiday" by dressing up as a naughty nurse, getting drunk, and collecting Snickers bars. ☺

Nope.

Got some bodies to dig up for some ancient ceremony. To busy to get the munchies satisfied.
