since MI already has a 'Helmet Law', I think this kid is trying to say, when will Michigan REPEAL the helmet law... Since it is the Home of the BIG 3 Automakers, and run by Unions, (Unions; the downfall of America), and Democrats support unions, it will mostly be a Democratic state... since Democrats format is to chip away at personal freedoms, while increasing their control of the populace, there will NEVER be a repeal of the MI helmet law! Unless they (like another member said) vote in Dick Devoss, and sweep the house with GOP wins. Thank GOD I am no longer living in Michigan!!!

Elect a Democrat. They like helmet laws because it gives them a chance to meddle and chip away at your personal liberties.
Bush singed our revised law ( helmet not required over 21 y o)
The Dem chick Governor of LA signed a bill requiring helmets for everyone.

Why does it matter? You can still wear a helmet if you want to. At least I don't think theres a law saying you can't wear one.
