We want to sell our house quickly but not sure if this company is reliable.

I was just interested to know if anyone had dealt with this Company. We have found somewhere to else to live and wanted another option if our sale falls through. Things are looking better now anyway so may not need to consider using them anyway. Thanks.

KATHY R Darling do not make any haste decision please. Any Company has good and bad points therefore do make sure. What you must know is your own goal.
Like how much you want?
What is the low limit you want to sale it for?
Once you know all you want to know KATHY darling then you stick to your decision. Sale people are very clever and bad, wicked and immoral. Do not give in to them or you will loose out honey. Be careful Kath and good luck honey.

joe seems particularly patronising of you and insulting of sales people- i used to work in sales and have always counted myself a very moral person i do not know the company you mentioned, i would suggest you try as many vendors as possible and pay the first one to successfully sell your house not the ones that didn't you only pay the ones get a result not the ones that don't and make it clear this is what you are doing so they know it's a first person sells it get's the commission - they do thier job which is to sell your house- ok a better salesperson may charge a higher commission than a poor one..but then a good salesperson will sell your house faster than a poor one so is probably worth the extra to get the house sold
