an outcast is a person who doesn't fix in. might also be called a 'loner'.
The question is asking if you feel you are not popular and don't fix in at your school.

Are you asking that question or you want to know what it means? To answer the first question I would say no b/c I am not in school. To answer the first question I would say that it is asking if you are a loner at school, people don't accept you. Which I hope is not the case.

I don't attend traditional school, but I have more friends than my friends who do. So I'd say no.
