There are a few possibilities:

1) The person was not intentionally taking a picture of a paranormal event. Often, a person takes a picture or video of a seemingly normal scene, only to find paranormal evidence after the film had been developed. Since the camera was not focused on the paranormal event, the resulting image is blurry.

2) The person noticed a paranormal event, and rushed to take a picture or video of it. The panic of seeing something as suprising as a paranormal event would prevent the correct photo- or film-taking technique. Think about it: if you saw a UFO or the like, would you worry about your camera settings, lighting, etc., or would you take as many pictures of it as you could?

3) There may be something about the inherent nature of a paranormal event that prevents someone from taking a high-qulity picture of video of it. Electromagnetism, magicks, what-have-you. This, however, cannot be easily proven, and therefore remains speculative.

I guess not everyone can afford professional Nikon cameras with auto-focus and movement compensation. The only real problem is that there are some which aren't out of focus but they never really get publicity. It works the same for either side, they'll pick evidence that supports their view.

We are not alone. The truth is out there...just not what is being portrayed on television reports. Anyone can distort the truth to make it look like nonsense, the government specializes in that.

the first one is the purely one it is mandatory to do not forget that there is not any god. lack of knowledge for something is the reason we trust it no longer to be so. God isn't 'particular' in any way, its purely yet another theory like all others and may be dealt with both. No data, no god.
