You might consider getting counsel from another attorney on your situation. If there is a strong enough case to show negligence, you could go after them.

You may need to get a different attorney. I believe if they were negligent they can be held responsible, though it depends on the contract you signed.

You can have your local disciplinary board look in to it. You also can sue for malpractice ....I would start by making a complaint with the disciplinary board, call your local bar association for the number..
