Reapply for student loans when you spend the old ones and never stop going to college. If this is your life plan I hope you realize it would be better to actually get out and get a job and not live off of raamen noodles for the rest of your life.

Yes, there is. Just keep going to college and never get a job in the real world. You need to have lots of money though because you have to keep paying for all the books and classes.
