Dm would be D minor....as for Gm G minor.
You have to realize that every chord
A,B,C,D,E,F,G all have variations such as major, minor, sharp, flat, 7th,minor 7th and so on.

You should buy a nice chord book it will give you all the chords you need to know...the fingering for them....what they are called...and all the variations.

Dm is D minor. A chord is 'modified' by adding another string or moving one position ON a string to sharpen or make the sound flat.

Bb is FLAT.
You can also have 'sevenths' which are transitional chords.

Get a good guitar chord book, you'll learn it in no time.

The first letters are the names of the chords. It goes A,B,C,D,E,F,G, then it starts over back on A again. the letter after the chords have different meanings. M-stands for minor and B stands for flat. If there is no second letter then that means it's major.

Dm means D Minor. The small "m" stands for "minor". Bb means B Flat. the "b" means flat. Another one is the "#" sign. That means "sharp".
