I am turning 25 in September, I would like to spend my birthday weekend some where fun but not to expensive. I thought about Chicago and Niagara Falls. Both are on the pricey side. I was looking to spend about $500 including a hotel for 2 days.

It depends on where your at! Look local on that tight of a budget. Your local or state web site usually will have some tourist attractions. Drive to a near by city.
