I am 39 and do it at least every other day.
A frequent sex life is normal and healthy for the cardiovascular system as well as your relationship.
It also prevents prostate cancer/problems.
As long as it doesn't stop you from going to work, do it.

It not healthy to have sex all the time and one more thing if love one another u gonna get tired of each other do other stuff togather and build memories

I believe that guys hit their sexual peak somewhere around that age, so it's normal. Enjoy it while you still can do it.
