I have seen more guys wearing polish on their toes these days and actually I think it looks OK. What do you think? Also, I've tried dark blue, what other colors do you think would look ok on a guy?

I admire your willingness to give nailpolish a try. I think it looks good when a guy's secure enough in his masculinity to try a typically feminine thing. Don't listen to all these girls, do what you want!
If you want to get really subversive, there's always bright coral or pink colors. Red is also a classic sexy toenail color. If you're not up to that yet it's cool, try something funky like black or a dark olive green. Avoid chalky colors like baby blue or baby yellow, they don't look good on ANYone.
Since your new to the whole polish thing, here's a tip: the 99 cent stuff seems like a good deal until you have to layer on 5 coats just to get an opaque color and it's peeling 2 hours later. Definitely go for the Revlon or Sally Hansen Diamond Hard, it's much better!

Pft I think it is perfecty find for guys to wear nail polish and no it doesn't mean your gay I painted my boyfriends nails with a clear polish and he decided he liked it , some guys don't like it other do but who says guys can't wear nail polish

If you want to wear nail polish, stay with the dark shades, and away from the reds and pinks. Clear is always a choice.

it's a matter of choice. If you like it and can pull it off cool. For example chess geek guy won't be able to pull it off. Also it should fit the situation. the office or gold corse, not so much. Any dark color would be fine I suppose.

Emo guys wear nail polish. I have some guy friends that wear black nail polish, but personally i think guys look much better without any. Guys hands are an important factor.(at least to me)

Go for everything you can cause you only live once...If you aren't afraid to get polished then you shouldn't be afraid of any color. So, if there is a favorite color on your mind try it, because self expression is individuality!

When I was younger and going to lots of Grateful Dead concerts I used to use multiple colors on my toes. All the chicks thought it was cool.
Even after I got married my wife would sometimes paint my toes. She thought it was neat also.

Ive seen guys with black and red and purple, but they were all in punk rock bands and they were badly done- on purpose. If you want to send a punk message, wear those, I guess. If you want more color, that would probably send more of a gay message. Just what image, exactly, are you hoping for? Manicured hands are nice, but you may decide that buffed is good enough
