which is more danger hypertension or hypotension? why?

Hypertension produces kidney insufficiency, cardiomegalia, brain strokes, endotelial dysfunction, Left ventricle hypertrophy, headache, dizziness, phosphenus, acuphenus, heart attacks, brain hemorrhage, blackouts, and meny more, but the main point it shortens human like in a factor of 10 years, at least.

Hypotension, is tough, but most of the times it doesn't compromise human life.

hypotension at most meants malnutrition which can be controlled..
hypertension is worse because it hurts your heart.. your heart'll work too much and pump to hard up to a point where it fails completely

What are you talking about? Novocaine is an opium derivative. It doesn't contain "chemicals" - plus novocaine is hardly used at all anymore. Mostly Lidocaine or Xylocaine are.
