No, not yet. The world hasn't yet realized it is Islam that is the true enemy. The world only condemnes the few radical Islamists (which are supported by the others). Someday when the world finally realizes the jihad is declared by all muslims, not just the radical few, then things will change.

Right now politicians and world leaders are scared to death by political correctness, and are careful what they say. I think they know, but don't want to spit it out. Someday they will be forced to call a spade a spade, but nobody knows when that time will come.

Actually, Islam is still the fastest growing religion in the world. Most of the converts come from a Christian and Hindu background. This is not the end of Islam. Instead, it should be the end of religous zealotry. Most religions, Christianty included, have to potential to spawn the kind of violence we're seeing from Islam. Why? Because people use their ideology to make them feel superior to others. Jews are "the chosen people". Christians can get into heaven because they've accepted Jesus - everyone else goes to hell. And we've all heard the select phrases from Islamic text that condemns "infidels".

The problem is religious zealotry. Period.

Science and reason are the only things that can save us.

If it weren't for the muslim people, the west would never have come out of the Dark Ages. Their respect for knowledge and desire to preserve it is the only reason you can drive a car or watch TV.
