ok I used to live in brooklyn and da bronx, I like it there cause everything is at your convenience and I have family and friends there.Me and my man moved to florida so my mom could help me out with the baby (i was pregnant and scared at the time) things didnt go well with my mom and she kicked us out!!! now I really dont have anyone here and I cant get used to this type of living. but florida is cheaper and has better housing. Do u think that should be a reason to stay in an area you are alone in and dont like??

Firstly, you should tell Mohammed to go fu@$ his camel. Secondly, you should go wherever your heart tells you. These 2 states are wildly different, so pick the one that makes you the most happiest, that is the goal in this life! Good luck.

Go back to the greatest City in the World, New York. Get into the small tour business and escort a group a day to the best sites, connections, know-how in the business. Learn about the best Art in the Met from your perspective, and so on with other sites. Be able to recommend the best example for particular tastes in the Restaurant business. Learn the best places to walk, jogs and run. Learn all the little things that people need while on vacation. The key is that some people learn by listening instead of reading or watching instead of reading.
Good Luck.
Don't sweat the small minded people!

Hello,

I've never been to NYC, but it seems like a huge, impersonal city to me and I can't imagine anyone wanting to live there (but that's just me, if you grew up there and have family there, I imagine it's a lot more appealing). On the other hand Florida is bound to get more hurricanes over the next few years (beware, especially if you live near the coast, and who doesn't in Florida, I lived in Orlando and got blasted by hurricane Charley and had no power for 9 days, and Orlando's not even THAT close to the coast). New York City or Florida, it's a coin toss.

Well, I suppose, i think you should stay in Florida, considering how high the mortgage, tax, and crime rates have literally shot up in NYC. Trust me on this one, I use to live there, about 2 months ago, it wasn't pretty. It was dangerous cause every minute in Queens, sopmeone would die, and everything is so costly, especially gas prices. Stay in Florida, or move somewhere else if you want to, but not New York.

Why the hell should you move anyway?? (You have not written any reasons).

From your question it appears you moved to Florida from NY earlier. What made you do so? (not clear).

If that reason has disappeared and you don't prefer Florida over NY then do so. But it will cost you!

My answer is Newton's First law of Motion: You stay where you are unless compelling reasons (forces) make you move.
