The clumps of red goo is the uteral lining and it is normal. The clear goo usually happens when you are ovulating. It too is normal.

The clumps are bits of your uterus lining, some people call this clotting, but in fact that is not the case as menstrual blood has fewer platelets than normal blood and so does not clot as much as venous blood (normal blood). Blood is secondary 'waste' to the uterus lining which makes up the most of the menses.
The gue, probably cervical mucus, this blocks off the entrence to the uterus to prevent nasties getting up there and causing problems, so it has to thin and come away to let the menses through when you get your period.
It's all perfectly normal, a lot of people don't really see all this stuff coming out of them though, I myself use a menstrual cup so I see all sorts of crazy weird and interesting stuff coming out of me, lol.

yes totally normal, but if that clear gue starts looking yellowish and stinks fishy or cottage cheese like then you might have a yeast infection. if this happens you need to go to the doctor.

This is normal, but if you are really concerned then maybe a visit to your doctor or family planning clinic wouldn't go a miss. I always think if its bothering you that much then its something you should get checked out.
Don't feel embarrassed going to the doctors they have seen alsorts of things so its nothing to be shy about.

Yes.
Even black spotted stuff, white flaky bits and bullet shaped stuff is normal.
Keep a 5 day period for all symptoms. If it takes longer you may want to consult your doctor. Also when smell changes and color goes yellowish or even greenish consult your doctor.
