Well depends on the age. I think you should start at 17 that is a good age. That way you are responsible enough to make decisions. You have to date in order to find the right one.

Not really. I first started going out with guys when I was twelve and turned out pretty okay -- never got knocked-up, finished college and grad school, never smoked or did drugs, and only drank, in moderation, after turning twenty-one.

not really but it is kinda crazy to see 3rd graders running around saying that they have girlfriends/boyfriends.
