well im a dark complexion girl but also have light spots around my cheeks and around my eyebrows also i have dark circles under my eyes. what is the best makeup to use that will match my complexion

--for your complexion you need to see a Doctor or take a cold bath twice a week 1/20 parts bleach will lighten all of your skin. Cold, dry cucumbers on the eyes should help with the dark spots.

fashion fair,true match ordream matee mousee or u can use bleach not dangerous but da ones u can get from london ans stuff. i know alot of people who do that den they turn green then orange then their normal skin colour.

All i got to tell you is use any Nutrogena Product such a the creams! and I'm black also try using bronzing powders! and use also a concealer from loreal!

I think peeling will help you. Try apricot scrub or other scrub masks. Also use sun screens.
