Ok, there are so many things to do. Read a book; clean and/or redo your room (move furniture around); listen to music; write a poem; learn a new skill: piano, how to draw, etc.; offer to walk a neighbor's pet; baby-sit; take a walk; talk with a friend; volunteer doing something to help somebody else (an organization you find interesting); learn how to cook something new; write a list of things you want to accomplish in your life, including what you are good at and could possibly do in your future as a career; rent a movie; find a new website; make a new friend; help somebody solve their problems; do something helpful for your parents (weed, vacuum, change the linens on the beds, start dinner). Write a letter to somebody who's moved away. Too many things in life to do to be bored for very long; it just takes a little time to think what they are. Hope I've helped you!!

Search out the things that interest you and pursue them. Do some volunteer work in your neighborhood with senior citizens, the hungry, children, anything that will offer you an opportunity to use your time wisely and help others. You will be amazed what this can do for you also. Take a class in something that really interests you. Start a blog on these things that you enjoy and work on collecting information and formatting it in a way that will be interesting for others to read. Read some old classic novels, keep a journal....there are lots of things and so many opportunities for people your age. I hope you find something worthwhile and satisfying to your needs. Good luck.

Boredom is a sign that you haven't challenged yourself and expect others to do this for you. Continuing to live with this reasoning will lead to no good. So for your own health and wellbeing, challenge yourself to exercising. Yes it seems boring until you hit the point where you can't go on, but you havn't reached your goal yet, so you push harder and find that you have reached a different plane, you are still going. Just don't give up. This is how we become more than what we were and its avaiable to everyone who wants to challenge themselves. Welcome to self-improvement 101.

If you're in the Uk you can legally smoke for now. Try that? I've heard you do it when you're bored, therefore you'll no longer be bored. You're also of consenting age in the uk so go bag yourself a man ;).

Otherwise, yeah a job would be good or study harder!

Take a roadtrip with friends, get a penpal from another part of the world (I have an agency you could try, email me), take a class on bellydancing, go see a psychic, spend the night in a graveyard/haunted house with a bunch of friends, go horse back riding, take a cooking class

Start volunteering - lots of organizations need the help and it will be rewarding. Great job experience, too, in some cases.
