I have been on my period for 13 days now. I take ortho tri cycln lo and have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they've all been negative. I had a period about a month ago and then begun my birth control pills on schedule, then about a 2 weeks later I started another period and am still on it. Throughout these two weeks I have been getting sick periodically, mostly in the morning. Also, I've had slight loss of appetite.

I saw an immediate care doctor last wednesday and they found nothing, just gave me something for nausea. I have another appointment with my real doctor this wednesday, I just wanted some feedback on what/why this is happening to me.

GO to your doctor! Why is it that you people are constantly asking about things like this on YAHOO of all places where it's very unlikely any of us are doctors who know your body! Go see your gyno, it could be that your body is reacting to the harmones in the pills and you need to be switched to a different form of birth control pill.
Either way, it's not healthy to be flowing for so many days and losing your appetiete, you're likely loosing too much blood and your body is paying for it.
GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!

Dear lady:
You are already taking pills with small amounts of estrogens and progestagens. If this is the first time you take them, Your doctor may switch them to a bi-cyclic pills.
I the meantime, You must stop them, avoid sexual contact, and as they have prescribed to You, some Droperidol tablets, (prescription only) or diphenidol three times a day.(also known as Vontrol)
If you have already stopped the pills, and are still bleeding, Your doctor will order a special blood test, called "beta gonaotrophin levels" to diagnose or discard a growth of placental tissues called "hydatidiform mola" which is a rare condition. but anyways it has to be discarded.(if positive, that would explain not only the nausea, but also other synptoms such as headache, pain in the breasts, loss of apetite etc.

Girl: Go To Your Doctor. Explain what's happening to you. It sounds like you need to change BC pills. You may have a lower tolerance to that combination of meds with the pill. Another pill will have different effects and you need to discuss this with your doctor. You may need to switch pills until you find one that works for you, gives you the BC protection you want, and provides the minimum of side effects.
