It's called, "Goodbye Horses" by Psyche.
New info - actually, as many know, the song was originally recorded by Q Lazzarus, a female singer, in 1988. The song was covered by Psyche, who is incorrectly credited with the version that appears in both SILENCE and CLERKS.
