mm, why break the monthly cycle :) I say skip it and do it at a later date and time.
Get real what a question to ask. If you have to ask for others advise on having sex with your man, and only doing once a month. Mmm, I think you have deeper issues.

you can end up become addict to sex. the question is are you mentally prepare if you lost him? Life is not always nice like sleeping together. You can be adult enough and aware of what you going to face but emotion and feeling may work differently sometomes

Why you are so much particular about your boy friend, you can invite a strong neighbour! It sounds sick on noticing that you have two infant kids! Don't go crazy you will lose that balance in life soon!
