It bothers me also.How are we going to make things better if so many people just want it to be over?

There can be many reasons for this. Some may have a death wish of some kind. Others may have simply made peace with the fact that they will die someday. Others place faith in their believed reservation in the after-life.

Some peole will say they dont care if they die because they have given up on life or maybe they have experinced everything that have wanted to or feel that they will never expeince those thing and have come to accept that.

Could be several reasons. The will to live is mysterious. Perhaps they are severely depressed. Another possibility is that they are old and feeble and had a great life already. Maybe they believe they are martyrs.

It's simply a way of embracing the inevitable instead of living in fear of it. It's only through shrugging off concern about death that people can focus properly on living.

why should I care? if I'm going to die then ...I'm gonna die giving a crap wont change a thing, just stresses me out before I die....so live carefree and when you die what will you care ...YOU'RE DEAD.

I feel the only reason we care about dying is because we are alive. You can't stop the machine of life.

All of the world religions talk about how wonderful life after death is. Now wouldn't it be logical to wont to get there as soon as possible.
