why do Republikkkans spend money on WARS and not feeding the poor ?

how come Republikkkans can ship loads of guns, jeeps and food for the troops all the way to Iraq, but the Repukkkes couldn't even send food or water to New Orleans which is much closer than Baghdad ?

Why don't poor people get a job and stop abusing the welfare system in america...they cost this country more then the war is...I at one time would completely agree with you but seriously I have begun to see how messed up the situation is in America. I work at a hospital where "poor" people come in with thier Medicaid and they have 15 kids with em...and all the kids are in rags but the parents are wearing gold from head to toe..it makes me sick...I think that we really need to restructure the system so that not just anyone gets medicaid and that you have to get a JOB within a year of getting it. Unless of course your a single pregnant girl...in that case you should be restricted to 1 child until you can afford to have more!

Since taking office the Republican's have increased spending on social programs, however there are many people that no matter how much money you spend will not put forth even minimal effort. As for New Orleans if you stay away from the new media and politicial reports of the situation and focus on the professional rescue evalutations you will find the blame lies squarele on the shoulders of the city of New Orleans who did not communicate their needs, did not make an effort to get people out of the city, did not even follow their own emergency plans. Did you realize the entire city of New Orleans did not possess a single satelite telephone? Why, because they felt it was an unnessessaru expense because their cell and radio towers would hold up even in a Cat 5 storm. You will notice later in Florida where the local authorities DID communicate properly things went much more efficiently.

Secondly there has been over 3 trillion spent on the victims in New Orleans and the surronding areas.

because republicans are out there defending your right to spew this garbage. in AMERICA we are a free country. we are not obligated to feed the poor, but we do, because its right. if the government told me i HAVE to feed the poor, that would be infringing on my right to property. i already want to kill liberals every payday for what they take from me. you know what dumb ***, I'm a 20 yr old white male who lives on his own 1500 miles from home, i have never been dependent on any government programs, never will, i moved out on the 2500 i saved while working at Target in high school, got a cdl b and am now living completely in self reliance. it feels good, except for the fact that i work hard because millions on welfare depend on me.
