Have you thought about NLP training?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a very fascinating subject area. Imagine for example how much better your staff could function with the ability to control their own emotional state of mind at will, and even have the ability to "read minds"!

NLP is sweeping the world. It was originally invented by a San Francisco-born computer programmer called Richard Bandler. He "modelled" various highly successful counsellors and hypnotherapists. NLP continues to be updated today and is at the forefront of modern psychology.

Although some people are skeptical NLP has without doubt transformed the lives of millions of people worldwide.

NLP is also highly effective for sales and customer services. For example you can learn how to recognise which "representational system" people are using (ie. visual/auditory/kinasthetic) and respond accordingly to generate immense rapport.

NLP also includes some very interesting trance work. It is fun to include hypnosis in your staff training. Imagine that!

If you are in the UK then I highly recommend Michael J. Edwards who runs a consultancy firm called Winner Training. Check out his website for more information or contact the Society of NLP for a trainer in your area.
