probably 17 to about 25. the age group where the guys and girls are entering military if they choose it or going to college, or those that are going over seas. they cant always use a cell phone on basic or ait. so phone cards are the best bet. my brother went into the army and took a bunch of calling cards w/ him so he could call home

60-85 Probably. They are the kind that is always fearing things and so they get a false sense of security out of Cell phones and such. Also, they are not ready to have another bill to pay, so phone cards give them a hassle free connection to the world.
