After the birth of one of my kids, mine hurt for a couple weeks or so; maybe it was hormonal. If so, try natural progesterone cream, made only w/ wild yams, and follow the specific directions. Natural food stores carry it, or look up online. I use it for bone density, and it can prevent other problems, too.

You need to check with a gynecologist. Since your surgery was 5 yrs ago, I doubt it has anything to do with it...but I'm sure you can find answers thru a specialist

You might want to read this.. scroll about 2/3d or 3/4 down. Sounds as if there's nothing wrong with you.

I would go to the doctor because they can probably do something to help it.
