When you tried to get out of bed, your leg or foot was so numb you fell down as soon as you tried to stand up? LMAO!

that's happened to me like 2 or 3 times! I cracked up every time!

yeh it happened to me yesterday, but both my leg and my arm were numb. so when I tried to pick myself up with the numb arm I fell again!

It still hurts...........oouch

When the blood vessels in the leg get pressed and the flow of blood is restricted for a long time, numbness can happen. When one is asleep, this usually happens unknowingly.

Numbness usually disappears after a while, when pressure on the blood vessels is released.

It is best to consult the doctor if the problem persists.

No, but I have slept on my arm before...and when I woke up, it was so numb that I could not control it at all and ended up smacking myself in the face when I turned over! LOL

yeah too many times to count, but sometimes i'm also absent minded, like i was walking between our vans and the trees at night while trying to call my dad on my cell phone and i ran into the mirror and that kinda hurt lol check ya later ♥

Been there, done that, hurt myself as a result.

(It is really sad when you can get hurt in bed.....and you sleep alone.....)
