Thats odd? Last time I checked it was the LIBERALS on the SUpreme court who said Emminate Domain for simple development was A-OK. Last time I checked It was the Dems who try to ignore the rights of gun onwers. Last time I checked, it was Bill Clinton's INS's busting down the door of a house in Miami, guns drawn to get Eilan Gonzolez. Last time I checked it was the Dems who burned down Waco.

So who hates the Bill of rights?

An example would be nice. I just read through the Bill of Rights thinking that I might have missed something but I didn't. I can't find one thing on there I don't agree with.

It's not just one side, the democrats have greatly limited freedom of speech with their political correstness doctrines, against freedom of choice when it comes to hriing the best people for a job with their backing of affirmative action.

Read the NAZI platform carefully. It parallels with current democrat policy.

Many Democrats are afraid of free speech.

Many Democrats, just like the ACLU believe that the news should be censored to support the "values" of atheism and liberalism. If liberal ideas made any sense at all, then all liberals would have to do is use the free public airways to explain themselves, and everyone would see how good their ideas are. The problem you have, is the fact that everyone has heard the liberals, and most people realize that they are dishonest whining hypocrites, who don't make much sense about anything. Liberals want to censor anyone who disagrees with them. Just like in Communist China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba and other totalitarian regimes.

You probably also support the ACLU in their efforts to censor free speech, in order to suppress the truth.

After declaring your desire to impose censorship, please don't claim that you are in favor of constitutional rights, because that would be incredibly nauseating to everyone who is in favor of those rights.

You're a moron. Republicans are the ONLY reason we still have ANY rights at all. The Democrats view the Constitution as "For historical purposes only". DEMOCRATS hate free speech, DEMOCRATS hate guns, DEMOCRATS hate life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, DEMOCRATS are the reason America isn't free. The Bill of Rights is a bunch of crap, and does not protect the individual. That's why it's easy to get rid of it, or to twist something in it to have things like NSA spying a "LEGAL" thing.
