Well, handball and curling are Olympic sports with a huge following. If handball is understood as the Olympic discipline (indoor, 7 in a team, goals) and not the other sport which I found, to my utter amazement, some English speaking countries call handball.
My country (Romania) is a handball country, so are the Scandinavian countries, Spain, Hungary, Korea and others.
Curling enjoys a huge following, since it's been broadcast on Eurosport.
Once and for all: the world does not end in the US nor are the taste and preferences of Americans the only ones that count!

Curling's very popular outside of the US and in some areas close to Canada. You didn't have a problem with darts? I don't know the difference between handball and rachetball. The sports should be expanded though.

Curling is actually big in Canada and Northern US.
Running is not really a sport.
