sexually harassed is more of someone making comments and gestures that the other person finds sexually offensive. molestation is when someone actually touches someone else in the "danger zones" (didn't know how else to term it appropriately) and the other person didn't want to be touched or is underaged.

I believe that molestation requires physical touching -- especially of private areas.

Harrassment can be something as simple as someone talking to you too much, or telling dirty jokes, or implying that you need to have sex with the boss to get promoted, etc.

***edit***

Rape means more than simply touching -- it requires penetration. Somewhere in-between rape and molestation is sexual assault.

On the legal side it seems to me that lots of verbal abuse and or close proximity encounters constitutes "Harassment".
But such things as physical contact, letter writing, phone calls, 'stalking' and other such things constitute "molestation".

Any way you put it these are all ATTACKS on your person as well as on you emotional well being. And should be dealt with legally with expediency and great legal FORCE.
