Carlos Mencia is a DOUCHEBAG. He is just the person that comedy central replaced for dave chapelle. he is the fall back. Chappelle is a hundred times funnier. Mencia i don't even think is funny i think his jokes are stupid as SH!T

Chappelle, but we don't see anything but reruns now, so Mencia is going to have to be my answer. How can Chappelle be funnier when we don't see him? However, if Chappelle were around, I'd say that he's A LOT funnier!

i would have to go with mencia...... chappelle relies too much on overusing jokes and certain skits. and in response to the other guy, mencias show was in the works long before chappelle had his "meltdown". he wasn't a replacement as you you put it
