Not if it has such terrible spelling, grammar and punctuation.

The president has people to do this sort of thing. So probably someone would read it, but you'd get a form letter back.

This president cares nothing for the environment or global warming, so I doubt it would be a very gratifying form letter.

Samantha, the odds are he wouldn't personally read it, however, I think the way to look at it is that he definitely would never read it if you don't write and send it. And you never know, he might end up seeing it.

Public officials get a lot of letters and they use them to guage public opinion on issues, so while the President might not read the letter, the basic message (combined from all the letters with similar sentiments in them) should get communicated to him at some point. Writing letters to public officials may seem futile, but it is one of the tools we have in a democracy to communicate our wishes and you shouldn't allow yourself to be cynical about using that tool.

And, yes, use a spell check, or an editor—a good rule for any piece of writing.

Good luck!

If you wrote a letter like you did your question I would have to say no. You can't spell and that is the first thing that would take away any of the meaning in anything you wrote. Secondly get real you think someone like that is going to find your amazing written works out of all the stuff he gets in a day. You would be better off writing it and then just flushing it. You can't be serious.

Most probably no......because there is a system of screening the documents addressed to Presidents and Prime Ministers virutally everywhere. And the decision is entirely depending upon the bureacrats who are there just to take decision of letters.

Is this another one of those Bush can't read jokes??

So what when you have money you hire people to read for you. Like Arnold Swartznager he has low math skills so he hired Warren Buffet to do the math on the California Budget.

How about you work with me about global warming, I'm trying to propose an idea to the President about global warming. If you can get the connections, I can surely work with you.
