Are there any charts that convert men's jean sizes to women's sizes?

For example, if I wear a size 6 petite (Levis) in women's jean, how do I figure out what size that is in men's jeans without having to try on several different sizes!?

Measure your waist and inseam. These are how you know what size you would be in mens because mens jeans are marked by waist and inseam. 32x32 is 32 in waist and 32 in inseam. I wear a 26x 28.:)

Start with a 29x30 and go from there.
