It's an old wive's tale that you can't go swimming or take a bath when you're menstruating.

Is this myth still around???

Wear a tampon, go...have fun.

use a tampon , and there's no other way you could go swimming or else it will be a pool of blood..eww! lol
tampons should be fine :)

Periods are the normal phenomenon,you can very well perform your routine activities.

As long as you dont have cramps, go for it!

Just make sure your tampon string is tucked inside your bottoms.
