You have to choose the design. I'd recommend you design something yourself or have the tattoo artist design something for you over choosing something from the flash. It will mean more that way. And also, make sure you go to a place that opens their needles in front of you. You don't want to risk getting an infection or disease.

Think twice before you go, and then make sure you can cover it up. Take your time in finding a tattoo artist and make sure the place is very clean. As for design, pick what you like.

there shouldnt be in health factors but make sure you go to a well known clean place! and get soemthing that you have wanted for the longest time really think about it what kind of details you want on it. YOu wouldnt wanna get osmething that says ***** cliq on your tit and then when your 80 have it sag and say bit liq

Make sure the place you get it is *very* clean. It should be as clean as a hospital.
As far as design... That is totally up to you. Never rely on someone elses opinion when marking your body.

THEYER IS NOTHING WRONG ABOUT WANTING A TATOO. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET IT DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL. AND REMEMBER IT IS THERE FOR LIFE JUST AMKE SUR YOU LIKE IT AND THINK BEFORE YOU DO IT. I HAVE 3 TATOO AND I LOVE THEM.

they are usually healthy as long as the needle is clean...I like sea turtles, chineese symbols, whatever you like
